ICCES'19 will take place at Ibn Tofail University, Kenitra, Morocco. Both academic and industrial authors are invited to submit their abstracts or full papers in all areas of Information and Communication Systems, before 30th April 2019.

The Conference will include regular papers for oral and poster sessions. All registred and presented papers on ICCES'19 will appear in our proceeding. The best selected papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit an extended version to the Special Issue of an indexed international journal.

For participants, who can’t assist personally at the ICCES2019 conference, virtual presentations are possible by video of 15 minutes, sent to the scientific committee by whatsApp. The virtual presentations allow participants to submit their communications in order to be evaluated and published in the ICCES2019 conference acts. For the accepted virtual presentations, the participants will receive (or download) all the attestations and certificates of the ICCES2019 conference on electronic format.
